The Peninsula New York has proudly unveiled an exciting new restaurant design and menu concept, following a complete renovation of the Hotel's former restaurant, 'Fives'. The chic new restaurant and adjoining bar exude effortless elegance, as the fine-dining atmosphere at Clement feels like a quintessential New York home - with different rooms that cater to a range of moods, desires and occasions. The restaurant seamlessly blends its Midtown Manhattan surroundings with the liveliness and eclectic feel of the downtown art world, with a fresh design concept by international award-winning design firm, Yabu Pushelberg. The seasonal Contemporary American menu offers guests the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients from the northeast. Clement serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner nightly. Accommodates 80 guests.

With a warmly glowing bar, Pen Top's new design is reminiscent of an artist's loft, with iconic outdoor terraces high above the skyscrapers of Midtown Manhattan. Lush new plantings and contemporary furniture grace the space, further elevating the breathtaking skyline views that have captivated guests for decades. Pen Top remains the crown jewel of unforgettable evenings, now offering a captivating menu of classic cocktails and light bites.

Our elegant and intimate Gotham Lounge is making its grand return as an exquisite and intimately appointed piano bar. Gotham Lounge beckons patrons to discover a selection of 1960s, ‘70s, and ‘80s-inspired cocktails and savor gourmet cuisine, while enjoying the soulful melodies of a resident pianist performing timeless classics on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings from 6pm to 9pm. Adorned with artworks from local artists and opulent furnishings, reminiscent of a chic townhouse with a geometric theme in vibrant sapphire, rich chocolate brown and molten chrome, this will provide the perfect ambiance for an unforgettable evening.
