KAHANI

Join Chef Sanjay's culinary journey from New Delhi to Dana Point and enjoy a contemporary approach to Indian regional specialties that places creative artistry, quality of ingredients, and respect for authentic flavors and ingredients at the forefront of cooking. KAHANI, which means "story" in Hindi, is open from Tuesday through Thursday.

RITZ Lobby Bar

Gather in the casual confines of the sophisticated, yet friendly atmosphere at RITZ Lobby Bar. Fine cocktails, appetizers and company are even finer alongside the breath-taking ocean views. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Open daily.

TAIKUN Omakase

New York City’s Taikun Sushi has returned to the resort, and Chef Yasu Iwai is delivering a new culinary experience sure to impress. This intimate and immersive 16-course culinary journey sources only the finest ingredients, and a meticulously crafted menu will rotate to showcase the incredible diversity of seasons and textures.

Open Tuesday through Saturday. All seats are at the Omakase counter. Two seatings are offered per evening at 5:30pm and 8:00pm.

The Market Place

The Market Place introduces a healthy take on the fast casual concept. Ingredients such as fresh salads, smoothies, and California fare are just a sampling of what guests will enjoy on the menu. Throughout the day, indulge with homemade sweets from the in house pastry kitchen and a variety of beverages like espresso and tea.
