In a space created specifically for a club-like feel when the hotel originally opened in 1930, the Bar Lounge has been restored to its original intimate grandeur; decorative ceilings, detailed woodwork, and Alexandra Champauland's exquisitely designed interior will provide a comfortable background for both public celebrations and more private gatherings. Two E, named for the bar's location at 2 East 61st Street, is open daily from 10 a.m. - 1 a.m. and can accommodate up to 80 people at the standing bar and a comfortable arrangement of tables. Two E features classic and traditional cocktails meticulously crafted from the freshest ingredients. Light fare and small plates are available until 12 a.m. Every afternoon, Two E offers Afternoon Tea from 3 – 5 p.m., with a choice of Traditional Tea Service with finger sandwiches, freshly baked Ginger Scones with Devonshire Cream and Meyer Lemon Curd and pastries, such as Banana Rum Opera Cake, Mini Chocolate Savarin and Green Tea Pot de Crème; or A Royal Tea including a glass of champagne, freshly baked scones and pastries. Both tea services include selections from a variety of fine black, green and herbal loose teas from around the world.

Perrine Restaurant

Perrine, the newly reimagined restaurant at New York's iconic The Pierre, a Taj Hotel, offers a menu of seasonally-inspired fare along with daily specials that feature updated takes on vintage Pierre classics. Executive Chef Ashfer Biju's simple, yet elegantly orchestrated dishes are enhanced by vibrant ingredients and harmonious flavor pairings, from expertly prepared meat and seafood entrées to refreshing raw bar selections and colorfully composed vegetable dishes. Whimsical desserts are a wink to The Pierre's indulgent personality, extending a taste of luxury to hotel guests and locals alike. Perrine Restaurant at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York is located at 795 Fifth Avenue at 61st Street. The restaurant will be open Monday - Saturday for breakfast 7:00am to 10:30am, lunch 12:00pm to 3:00pm, and dinner 5:30pm to 11:30pm. Sunday will be open for breakfast 7:00am to 10:30am, Sunday Brunch 11:30am to 4:00pm, and dinner 5:30pm to 11:30pm. The bar will be open from 12:00pm to 12:00am (bar menu available 3:00pm to 11:30pm)

The Rotunda

The iconic Rotunda has been re-imagined by renowned architect and designer Daniel Romualdez. Having served as an event space in the hotel for the past decade, The Rotunda returns to the ranks of The Pierre's storied public spaces with tableside cocktails and lite meals. The Rotunda menus pull inspiration from The Pierre's black tie crowd, with afternoon and supper menus.The room's center table is covered by chilled champagne, jars of madeleines and macarons, and tiers of chocolate cakes and seasonal bundts. The Rotunda is open Monday through Friday from 3pm – 10:30pm.
