Upscale cuisine with regional influences awaits our guests at the Cattani Restaurant. Built by Eduard Cattani, Hotel Titlis, Kuranstalt and the Grandhotel Winterhaus today form the Kempinski Palace Engelberg. As mayor, governor, and chief justice, he shaped Engelberg's development into a health resort, driven by a spirit of innovation and the preservation of traditions.

Following this philosophy, the team around head chef Michelle Müller creates interpretations of classic Swiss specialties as well as seasonal delicacies with delightful accents. The breakfast buffet delights with Swiss sparkling wine and a wide selection of regional sausage specialties, the best mountain cheese, fruits, and homemade pastries. A la carte, Egg Benedict, omelets prepared on request and freshly squeezed juices can be chosen.

With its mystic hinted décor, classic leather armchairs and smooth jazz sounding through the rooms, one is inevitably reminded of the dignified atmosphere of the old gentlemen's clubs when entering the lounge.
