We are pleased to announce the opening of our newest dining option at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Cavell’s Restaurant & Terrace. This gourmet, casual lakeside dining experience offers stunning views of Mount Edith Cavell, Lac Beauvert and Whistlers Mountain from the outdoor patio and through the large picture windows inside.

Cavell's is open for breakfast and dinner and has an extensive menu serving culinary delights from coast to coast. The menu features Canadian Cuisine and all of its diversity, using local, farm fresh ingredients.The attentive service and relaxed ambience at Cavell's make it a perfect choice for families, friends and couples alike.

Stanley Thompson, master golf architect, displayed some of his finest work when he designed the 18-hole Jasper Park Lodge golf course. Today few courses match its majesty. Our Chefs strive to do the same with our culinary creations.

The First Cup Patio offers take-out options, creative sandwiches, beverages and snacks to satisfy your appetite before enjoying our challenging golf course.

Fitzhugh's specializes in gourmet to go - locally roasted, organic coffee sensations, Fairmont blended tea and specialty drinks for all ages. Indulge in our offering of pastries and baked goods, or let us pack you a lunch of gourmet sandwiches and deli treats for an afternoon exploring the wonders of the Canadian Rockies.

An assortment of take home gifts are also available.

Oka Sushi

Oka Sushi is a small, intimate sushi bar located on the Beauvert Promenade at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Run by Japanese sushi chef Tatsuhiko Okaki, Oka Sushi is a favorite of guests and Jasper locals alike. Fresh seafood is always on the menu, with products shipped in from Japan and Vancouver. Any sushi lover will appreciate the high quality and warm customer service of this charming sushi restaurant.

Tent City Pub

Saluting the history of Jasper, our local pub celebrates the innovation and vision of the Brewster Brothers, who, in the early 1900's, pitched a group of tents on the shores of the entrancing Lac Beauvert and aptly named it Tent City. A luxury at the time, Tent City began a long theme of luxury accommodations in Jasper; one The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge readily embraces. Pull up to the TC pub for a cold pint of Big Rock Alberta beer, or a well deserved glass of Canadian wine. Whether you're in the mood for a light snack or a hearty meal, our menu offers a variety of traditional Canadian Pub Fare, and family style comfort food. Throw some darts, or play a game of billiards in our casual bar. Tent City- it's where friends meet.

The Moose's Nook

The Moose's Nook is now closed for the season.

Our heritage is nowhere more evident than in The Moose's Nook's rustic style. Bent wood high back chairs, cowhide covered menus, wildlife paintings, relics of bygone eras and depictions of local landscapes. The service is unsurpassed in warmth and true Canadian hospitality. Our culinary team will prepare the best ingredients available through our prairies and Rocky Mountains, or perhaps you would prefer the freshest fish from the pristine rivers of the Great Canadian White North. Creative regional cuisine and an outstanding selection of VQA Canadian as well as International wines will round up your Grand Rocky Mountain Lodge Experience.
