"Bistrot al 2" is an integral part of the All Day Long gastronomic offer of the hotel. Located inside the Due Torri Hotel with a dedicated entrance, the bistrot opens up to the city, allowing everyone who wishes to savour a lunch or dinner to do so amidst the historic furnishings of an authentic city jewel. A unique way to discover an important part of Verona's history.

Philosophy
The Executive Chef of Bistrot al 2 is Salvatore Garofalo, a Chef with roots that embrace the Calabrian and Apulian regions but with a deep connection to the city of Parma, where he spent his youth immersed in the culture of Italian haute cuisine. Garofalo's philosophy for "Bistrot al 2" is reflected in a dual ambition: he enthusiastically welcomes both guests from far away and the locals, seeking to satisfy the diverse needs and expectations of each through his signature offerings.

Atmosphere
The Eagle Room where the Bistrot is located, one of the most beautiful spaces within the hotel, was personally designed by Gualtiero Marchesi, the renowned Italian chef considered the "founder" of the new Italian cuisine and one of the world's most renowned chefs. We are proud to offer a quality gastronomic experience in such a prestigious setting.

Breakfast Room

The breakfast room has been recently renovated to accommodate guests in the morning. Precious details brought back to their authentic beauty. The handcrafted wooden floor was subjected to a full restoration enhancing the original aspects of the floor. The frescoes that adorn the walls as well as the images preserved from time, illustrate with artistry the most beautiful and iconic places of Verona.

Gourmet Grill Restaurant (Seasonal)

The Gourmet Grill Restaurant is the only Rooftop Panoramic Terrace of the city with a breathtaking view on the many treasures of Verona: the Lamberti Tower, the Duomo, the Church of Saint Anastasia, S. Peter Castle and the Torricelle Hills and all the roman part of the City. Our guests will enjoy exquisite flavors and culinary creations of our Chef Sergio Speca suspended in timeless equilibrium and protected with discretion and gentle smiles. Our Gourmet Grill Restaurant with show-cooking combines the best of the Italian food traditions with an atmosphere of excellence, service and hospitality.
