Our breakfast restaurant ‘Ikena is being transformed to a refreshed dining experience. While enhancements are underway, we will be temporarily relocating the same breakfast menus and services to our signature oceanfront restaurant, Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa.

Botero Lounge

Located in the heart of our open-air lobby, Botero Lounge offers a curated selection of elevated American comfort foods, and innovative cocktails, highlighting locally sourced ingredients. Named after the late renowned artist Fernando Botero, the lounge is home to an impressive collection of nine larger-than-life bronze sculptures and features menu items such as the signature Botero Smash Burger, a shareable Honey Marinated Tomahawk Ribeye made from honeybees on property, and handcrafted cocktails like the Cherry Cola Highball or the Broadgate Venus, made with Maui Ocean Vodka, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, and a mint twist.

Grotto Bar

Nestled among the cascading waterfalls and intricate caves of our extraordinary activity pool, the Grotto Bar has a selection of light bites and specialty cocktails that guests can enjoy.

Humuhumunukunukuapua'a

Savor artfully crafted Hawaiian cuisine and stunning Pacific views at our award-winning signature Maui restaurant, set amid an idyllic beachfront lagoon. Enjoy a selection of seafood and meat dishes prepared with the freshest local ingredients before finishing dinner with a sunset cocktail toast.

Loulu

Named after the loulu, the only palm native to Hawaii, this down-to-earth artisanal café-market concept reflects our commitment to nature, sustainability, and wellness with its local goods, imported specialties, and organic grab-and-go options. Nourish and replenish with Loulu’s healthy array of homegrown, handcrafted foods, including Hawai?i’s only selection of products from Erewhon, the iconic LA-based organic grocer and café.

Nobu Grand Wailea

We are thrilled to announce a culinary partnership with the globally-celebrated restaurant group, Nobu. Designed by the renowned design firm The Rockwell Group, our new Nobu restaurant features over 13,000 square feet of indoor and alfresco dining spaces, complimented by striking murals and panoramic ocean views. Signature dishes include the iconic Black Cod with Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño, alongside Nobu's acclaimed sushi known around the world.

Olivine

Olivine is our oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Named after one of Maui’s primary minerals, Olivine is a celebration of earth’s renewal, featuring handmade pastas and seasonal dishes that infuse local Hawaiian ingredients with authentic Italian flavors.
