King Bed Historic Manor

The King Bed Historic Manor rooms are located in the Acacia House, the main Grand Dame of the Hotel that welcomes guests to the property. These beautifully designed guest rooms offer over 350 square feet of living space, adorned with picture windows with varying views of the property. Centered in the room, a freestanding soaking tub creates a visual centerpiece unlike no other. A King bed with Rivolta Carmingna linens, delicate soft throws, a 50” flat screen TV, and custom-designed Italian furnishings will welcome you home. A thoughtfully designed Carrara marble bathroom with glass enclosed rain shower highlights the beautiful bathroom.

Superior King with Deck

Located in the Acacia House, the Acacia House Superior King with Deck boasts over 400 square feet. This guest room features a freestanding soaking tub with picture windows and French doors that open to the balcony. Adorned with a king bed with Rivolta Carmingna linens, a 55” flatscreen TV, delicate soft throws and custom designed furnishings from Italian designer Casa Zeta. A generously sized bathroom will offer a double vanity and thoughtfully designed Carrara marble bathroom with glass enclosed rain shower.

Deluxe Estate King

The Deluxe King Estate View with Terrace offers sweeping views onto the meticulously manicured adjacent estate winery. Your home-away-from-home features a King bed with Rivolta Carmignani linens, a 60” flatscreen TV, delicate soft throws, and custom designed furnishings from Italian designer Casa Zeta. Offering over 550 square feet with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a warm balcony with soft seating, a fire-pit and privacy curtains. Beautifully designed marble and stone bathrooms offer soaking tub and a glass enclosed Italian-tile rain shower, separate washroom with carved marble basin and vanity area.

Deluxe King Acacia

Located in the Acacia House with over 500 square feet, this is the only guest room on the 3rd floor of the Acacia House. Seemingly in the top of a treehouse, offers mountain views to the East and a small vineyard just beyond. The spacious king offers a generous floorplan with small seating area, free-standing soaking tub sits just beneath the naturally lit peaked picture window. This unique one of a kind guest room also offers our Rivolta Carmingna linens, a 55” flatscreen TV, delicate soft throws and custom designed furnishings from Italian designer Casa Zeta. Carrara marble walls adorn the oversize bathroom and vanity area with a generously sized rain shower with and separate vanity area.

Junior Suite with Deck

Located in the Acacia House, the Acacia House Junior Suite with Deck is one of our most charming rooms. This suite boasts a beautiful deck overlooking Napa Valley. Picturesque views from quaint picture windows at every corner make the Junior Suite a true home-away-from-home. At 650 square feet, this King room has beautiful Rivolta Carmingna linens, a 55” flatscreen TV, delicate soft throws and custom designed furnishings from Casa Zeta in Italy. A free-standing soaking tub adorns the corner of the room with a seating area and an expansive deck with rocking chairs and soft seating. The Acacia Suite offer the best of all views – enjoy St. Helena and valley view vineyards, two sets of mountain ranges and the hotel grounds.

Grand Deluxe Estate King

The Grand Deluxe Estate View King with Terrace Soaking Tub is a beautifully appointed guest room at almost 500 square feet, and offers magical views onto the estate winery grounds adjacent to Las Alcobas. The Estate View Suite with Terrace Soaking Tub is beautifully situated with views of the winery estate next door. This beautiful suite offers 950 square feet of space with semi private living area, King bed with Rivolta Carmingna linens, a 65” flatscreen TV, delicate soft throws and custom designed furnishings from Casa Zeta in Italy. Sliding glass doors lead to the inviting terrace overlooking York Creek and features soft seating, a fire-pit, an outdoor soaking tub and privacy curtains. Beautifully designed marble and stone bathrooms offer a glass enclosed Italian tile rain shower, separate washroom with carved marble basin and vanity area.

Deluxe King with Deck

The Deluxe King Vineyard View with Balcony, Upper and Ground Floors, are gracious guest rooms of over 550 square feet with beautiful views, are located on the upper floors, sitting just above the vineyards. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open to a balcony with fire-pit and privacy curtains, soft seating, and sweeping vineyard and mountain views. Junior King Suite with Outdoor Living Space

The Vineyard View Junior Suites with Outdoor Living Area are over 950 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Guest rooms offer 1,000 square feet, a King bed with Rivolta Carmingna linens, a 60” flatscreen TV, delicate soft throws and custom designed furnishings from Italian designer Casa Zeta. These corner rooms offer floor to ceiling double glass doors which open to a generous wraparound terrace. The outdoor living areas have a fire-pit, spacious soft seating, rocking chairs and daybeds, with views of the vineyards and mountainside. King Bed Streamside Suite

Unwind in wine country with this exquisite 948 square-foot room with York Creek views. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining set for four, firepit, and soaking tub. Relax in a luxurious interior outfitted with one king bed, a separate living room, and a marble bathroom featuring dual vanities, a rain shower and an additional soaking tub. Transform this Streamside Suite into a two-bedroom suite by reserving the adjacent Streamside Balcony room with connecting door for an additional bedroom with one king bed and a second balcony offering a firepit and a soaking tub. This is a premium suite.

King Bed Vineyard View Suite

The Vineyard View One Bedroom Suite with Balcony is a true one bedroom suite; one of two on property – a coveted corner suite at over 1500 square feet. The Vineyard Suite offers a 65” flat screen TV, two terraces, fire-pit, and warm and welcoming seating areas, one overlooking the estate and creek, the other with direct views of the vineyard below. Separate living area has a matching additional half bath, while the oversized master bath has a generously sized walk in rain shower adorned with Italian tile. The bath also offers a double vanity with heated mirrors and an additional separate balcony gives this suite nearly 180 degree views. This is one of the only rooms that offers connecting doors to one of our Queen-Queen accommodations.
