Deluxe Rooms

Deluxe Room is almost double the size of a Fairmont Room with a sitting area, as well as a sleeping area. Located throughout the hotel they feature one king, one queen or two double beds. Approximately 500 square feet.

Fairmont Luxury

Honoring our storied past while embracing the exciting, dynamic future of both The Fairmont Royal York and the City itself, we are pleased to offer these luxurious guest rooms on our 7th and 8th floors. Featuring One King, One Queen or Two Double Beds with an upgraded sleep experience, sleek furnishings, a work desk with extra outlets and media hub, an ergonomic chair, bedside device charging hub & reading lamps and a Keurig coffee machine. Windows open to allow for fresh air, and wired and wireless high-speed internet access is available. Fairmont Luxury hotel rooms in Toronto are all non-smoking and pet-free.

Signature Room

Individually selected for inclusion in this premier guest room category on the basis of size, view and distinct characteristics, our luxurious and newly renovated Signature rooms are a fresh, modern addition to the regal elegance that is synonymous with the hotel. Setting the standard for elegance and sophistication, these guest rooms come equipped with an upgraded sleep experience, sleek new furnishings and a seating area. These large, lavish open-concept rooms are ideal for families or any guests who will be staying for an extended period of time. Located on the floors 1,2,7,8,9,and 10 they feature one king, one queen or two double beds. Approximately 500 square feet.

One and Two-Bedroom Suites

Small or large one-bedroom suites, and large two-bedroom suites are available. All suites have locking doors, enabling the living portions to be closed off from the bedroom areas. The suites are luxuriously appointed in traditional style, some with crystal chandeliers, and some with themed décor appropriate to the period of the hotel. The Royal, Prime Minister, and Governor General Suites are also available when very special accommodations are desired. (500 - 620 square feet)

All guest rooms are equipped with temperature controls, voice mail, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, bathrobe, windows that open, mini-bar, cable TV with On-Command pay movies and video games. More than 800 rooms offer the added convenience of a desk with office supplies, portable phone, halogen desk lamp, and a data port located on the desk. All rooms feature Internet access.
