Jumby Bay Island features 40 tastefully decorated cottages and 36 villas and private estate homes spread across a beautiful 300-acre private island just two miles off the coast of Antigua.

All 40 cottages are beach house in style, combining traditional and contemporary architecture of lofty ceilings, wide verandas and open-air bathrooms. They capture the indoor, outdoor lifestyle that is so much part of the Jumby Bay experience and guests have use of bicycles to explore the island. Jumby Bay Garden Cottages and Jumby Bay Pool Cottages can combine for a three bedroom option. Just steps away from pristine white beaches, there are Ocean Cottages, Ocean Cottages with plunge pools, Ocean Cottages with Pools and two Signature Ocean Cottages, in pods of three and each is a tranquil oasis offering spectacular views of the sea.

The luxury villas and privately staffed Private Estate Homes sit elegantly along the 4.5 miles of pristine coastline of this 300-acre private island, and all are available for rent.

Villas are mostly 3 or 4 bedrooms in size with one 5 bedroom and one 2 bedrooms. Pond Bay Villas share a large courtyard, a swimming pool and a private stretch of beach. Harbour Villas feature their own individual private swimming pools, some villas are directly at the water's edge and others slightly further removed from the coastline, offering a great lawn area, great for playtime for families. Villa guests have a dedicated butler service, golf carts and bicycles for navigating the island and all food and beverage included in the nightly rate is enjoyed at the resorts many restaurants and bars.

Private Estate Homes range from 4-11 bedrooms, each has a large private swimming pool, golf carts to navigate the island, a house manager, butler and chef and other amenities that rival those on the Island. The nightly rate includes food and beverage consumed within the grounds of the estate, however all Private Estate Home guests have the option to dine in the resorts restaurants enjoying a 25% discount as an Island resident or they can enjoy in-residence dining with their personal chef, for no additional charge* (charges may apply for any specialty items requested). Often called 'resorts within a resort', most Private Estate Homes are set on multi-acre parcels of land, and many feature a variety of additional private amenities such as beaches, swim and/or boat dock, a tennis court, gym, croquet lawn, spa suite, half basketball court, and more.
