Garden Queen Queen Room – 400 sq. ft. Garden Queen Queen Rooms are located on lower floors and feature two Queen beds, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a sitting area with a small table and chairs plus a Juliet balcony and bathroom with a marble vanity and shower. Connects to a Garden King Room.

Skyline Room

Skyline King Room – 400 sq. Ft. Skyline King Rooms are located on the upper levels of the building, offering sweeping views of the skyline looking at either Newport Back Bay or towards Fashion Island. The room features one King bed, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a sitting area with a small table and chairs plus a Juliet balcony and bathroom with a marble vanity and shower. Connects to a Skyline King Room, a One Bedroom Suite, a Skyline Queen Queen Room, an Island Specialty Suite, or the Newport Specialty Suite.

Skyline Queen Queen Room – 400 sq. Ft. Skyline Queen Queen Rooms are located on the upper levels of the building, offering sweeping views of the skyline looking at either Newport Back Bay or towards Fashion Island. The room features two Queen beds, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a sitting area with a small table and chairs plus a Juliet balcony and bathroom with a marble vanity and shower. Connects to a Skyline King Room, a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite, an Island Specialty Suite, or the Lido Specialty Suite.

Coastal King Room – 420 sq. Ft. Coastal King Rooms are located on the higher floors of the building, offering partial views of the Pacific Ocean or Newport Bay. The room features one King bed, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a sitting area with a small table and chairs plus a Juliet balcony and bathroom with a marble vanity and shower. Connects to a connect to a Coastal King Room, a One Bedroom Suite, or a Hospitality Coastal Suite.

Coastal Queen Queen Room – 405 sq. Ft. Coastal Queen Queen Rooms are located on the higher floors of the building, offering partial views of the Pacific Ocean or Newport Bay. The room features two queen beds, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a sitting area with a small table and chairs plus a Juliet balcony and bathroom with a marble vanity and shower. Connects to a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite or a Hospitality Coastal Suite.

Studio Suite

Studio Suite – 565 sq. Ft. Studio Suites feature an open plan with a spacious sitting area and a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, a club chair, and a side table. It offers floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a Juliet balcony and a small table with two chairs. The larger marble bathroom has double wash basins, an oversized bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. No connecting rooms for this suite type.

Coastal Studio Suite – 565 sq. Ft. Coastal Studio Suites are located on higher floors with vistas that include partial views of the Pacific Ocean. They feature an open plan with a spacious seating area and a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, a club chair, and a side table. It offers floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a Juliet balcony and a small table with two chairs. The larger marble bathroom has double wash basins, an oversized bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. No connecting rooms for this suite type

Corner One Bedroom Suite

Corner One Bedroom Suite – 660 sq. Ft. Corner One Bedroom Suites are located on the lower floors at the end of the hallways away from the elevator. These suites feature a separate sitting area with a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, a club chair, and a side table. It offers floor-to-ceiling picture windows and a small balcony with a sitting area. The larger marble bathroom has double wash basins, an oversized bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. No connecting rooms for this suite type.

Corner Ocean One Bedroom Suite – 660 sq. Ft. Corner Ocean One Bedroom Suites are located on the higher floors at the end of the hallways away from the elevator. These suites feature a separate sitting area with a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, a club chair, and a side table. It offers floor-to-ceiling picture windows with panoramic ocean views, as well as a small balcony with a sitting area. The larger marble bathroom has double wash basins, an oversized bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. No connecting rooms for this suite type.  

One Bedroom Suite

One Bedroom Suite – 825 sq. Ft. One Bedroom Suites are located on the higher floors with partial views of the Pacific Ocean or Newport Bay through floor-to-ceiling windows. These suites offer a separate living area with a pullout Double-sized sofa bed and a dining table. They have two Juliet balconies and two marble bathrooms with walk-in showers and spacious vanities. Connects to a Coastal King Room or a Coastal Queen Queen Room.

Deluxe One Bedroom Suite – 1250 sq. Ft. Deluxe One Bedroom Suites are located on our higher floors with partial views of the Pacific Ocean or Newport Bay through floor-to-ceiling windows. These suites offer a separate living area with a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, a dining table, and a kitchenette. They have two Juliet balconies and two marble bathrooms with walk-in showers and spacious vanities. Connects to a Skyline King Room, Coastal King Room, or Coastal Queen Queen Room.

Specialty Suite

Lido Specialty Suite – 1040 sq. Ft. The Lido Specialty Suite offers delightful ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows and two large balconies. It features one King bedroom and a separate living area with a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, dining table, and a powder room. The spacious marble bathroom has double wash basins, an oversized bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. Connects to a Skyline Queen Queen Room.

Island Specialty Suite – 1450 sq. Ft. Island Specialty Suites offer delightful views of the Pacific Ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows. They feature one King Bedroom with a furnished balcony and a separate living area with a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, a dining table, a kitchenette, a powder room and an office area with a large desk. The master bathroom has an oversized bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. Some have a second bathroom in the living area with a walk-in shower. Connects to a Skyline King Room or a Skyline Queen Queen Room./p>

Newport Specialty Suite – 1000 sq. Ft. The Newport Specialty Suite offers floor-to-ceiling picture windows with coastal views of Newport Bay. It features one King Bedroom with a furnished balcony and a separate living area with a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, a dining table, and a residential style kitchen. The spacious marble bathroom has double wash basins, an oversized bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. Connects to a Skyline King Room.

Pendry Two Bedroom Suite

The Pendry Two Bedroom Suite is located on the top floor (20th floor) with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. The master bedroom offers a King bed, large balcony, and a beautiful marble bathroom with a deep soak tub, separate walk-in shower, and double basins. The second bedroom offers two Queen beds and a marble bathroom with a roll-in ADA compliant shower. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, a large television, a beautiful grand piano, a comfortable workspace, and a dining table. The suite also features a large full kitchen with bar stools and a third full bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. 2000 sq. Ft.  

Garden Accessible Room

The rooms are ADA compliant with clearances throughout for wheelchair access including handrails in the bathroom, either a roll-in shower or a transfer shower, and a bathtub and lowered view port. Connects to a Garden King Accessible Room or a Garden Queen Queen Accessible Room.

Garden Queen Queen Accessible Room – 400 sq. Ft. Garden Queen Queen Accessible Rooms are located on our second floor and feature two Queen beds, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, a sitting area with a small table and chairs plus a Juliet balcony. The rooms are ADA compliant with clearances throughout for wheelchair access including handrails in the bathroom, either a roll-in shower or a transfer shower, and a bathtub and lowered view port. Connects to a Garden King Accessible Room.

Corner One Bedroom Accessible Suite

Corner One Bedroom Suites are located on our second floor at the end of the hallways away from the elevator. These suites feature a separate sitting area with a pullout Double-sized sofa bed, a club chair, and a side table. It offers floor-to-ceiling picture windows and a small balcony with a sitting area. The suites are ADA compliant with clearances throughout for wheelchair access including handrails in the bathroom, a shower over bathtub with an accessible transfer seat, and lowered view port.
