All reservations staying over 31 December 2025 are subjected to a minimum consecutive night stay at New Year's Eve package rates.

Deposit Schedule

• Room Collection – One (1) night non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
• Suite Collection – Fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
• Balance for all accommodation bookings is due in full no later than 90 days prior to arrival.
• All deposits received for accommodation are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, amendment or no-show.
• Deposits are not transferable to other reservations and cannot be used as a credit towards future stays or other services within the hotel.

• Park Hyatt Sydney will guarantee room types however we cannot guarantee a specific room number, balcony size or view.
• Park Hyatt Sydney is located in a prime position for New Year’s Eve celebrations. In light of our location, we anticipate road closures will be in place from approximately 2:00 pm on 31 December 2025. These closures will restrict all vehicle access to the hotel.
• Views from some of our ground floor guestrooms may be restricted during the City of Sydney’s New Year’s Eve event set up and festivities, held at Hickson’s Reserve, during this period.
• The hotel has no control when or where the New Year’s Eve fireworks will take place as this may be determined by weather conditions on the evening.
• Rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
• Payments made via credit card will incur a surcharge.
• Rates are per room per night based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancies apply per room/suite, with maximum capacity for each category confirmed at time of booking.
