Loved the trip overall - seabourn square was wonderful - phone customer service was not reliable. need more attention to detail in cabin - bathroom: plug for hair dryer, fixed make up mirror safety lighting under bed never worked properly, even after we called for repair - we finally had to stuff a towel in front of it Superior staff: Ezra, Martin, Victor, Paul, Eric, Soraya, Igor

The ship and crew were excellent just as one would expect but the nearly 1 to 1 staff to guest ratio and world class experts who taught us so much made this one of my top favorites ever! Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed and will go again.
