Pros: friendliness and service, cleanliness, healthy food options, extremely comfortable cabins, interesting and plentiful excursions

Cons: Not enough staff during meals to deliver expected service, some meals were not well prepared, the one meal sitting is limiting and adds to the lack of excellent service and food. Also while some of the tour guides were beyond expectations, others were way below

All in all we enjoyed the experience as a whole and we are interested taking more river cruises with Viking

This trip far exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful, the excursions were well organized, and the rooms were very nice. The cruise director, Violeta managed everything so well -- even when there was a change in plans due to circumstances out of her control, she was able to make the changes in our schedule seamless.

We were first time river cruisers and this trip exceeded our expectations. The staff was wonderful, went out of their way to meet our wants and needs. Our accommodations were first class and very comfortable. The food was great and offered a good variety especially the daily regional offerings. The included excursions were well organized and informative. I would highly recommend and we'll surely be repeat cruisers!

We had a great time, plan to do it again in 2021.
